Stunning views from the terrace
The breathtaking views from the terrace during meals elevated our experience. We enjoyed spacious, clean rooms and received warm, welcoming service that truly made us feel at home.
The hotel’s location was quite isolated, making walks directly from the premises impractical without a car. It would have been nice to have more dining options on-site.

Absolutely stunning views, but my experience was marred by dreadful service from a particularly unfriendly staff member. We were rudely told we couldn't enjoy dessert on the terrace. when I needed ice for a hurt knee, I got a brusque "go to the bar. " I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

The location on top of a hill provided breathtaking views that were unmatched, making each meal feel like a special event. The family-friendly atmosphere was highlighted by staff who engaged with our children, creating memorable experiences. Our Junior Suite with a sea view was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, perfect for a family stay.
Access to the pool involved navigating several steps, which could be challenging for young children.

A tranquil escape with breathtaking views
Our family felt embraced by the serene atmosphere as we enjoyed panoramic views, delicious meals, and the warmth of kind staff who connected with our little one.
While the rustic charm was enchanting, the trek to the pool involved navigating several steep steps, which might be challenging for younger children.

breathtaking views, beautiful Mediterranean landscaping, intimate hotel
Signage regarding terrace dining options could be clearer!!! Steps in courtyard need better visibility for safety!!! Wider selection of cakes would enhance afternoon offerings!!!

We had a cracking stay, loved the stunning views over the bay from the terrace, pure magic! The food in the restaurant was braw, especially the carrot and pear soup. Only downside was the coffee at breakfast, could do with an upgrade. Still, would come back for sure!

This place was just a suitable option for a brief stopover in Port de Pollenca with great value-to-price ratio. The food was amazing, like the spicy carrot and pear soup that really stood out. Make sure to check out the terrace for beautiful views.

The stunning views over Pollenca bay took my breath away. Each morning, enjoying breakfast on the terrace felt like a dream. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, perfect for our family. Staff members were attentive, making sure our needs were met. One evening, the kitchen prepared a full three-course meal despite our late arrival, and it was amazing. The grounds were lovely, with beautiful Mediterranean landscaping. reaching the pool involved navigating several steps, which could be challenging for some. The restaurant could improve by having friendlier staff. the head waiter really needed a touch of warmth. We appreciated the rustic charm but noticed it might not appeal to those looking for a polished high-end experience. a car is essential for getting around since the hotel is somewhat isolated between the towns. we had a great time, but there are definitely areas for enhancement.

peaceful strolls near beautiful parks and natural sights
during my stay, I loved how conveniently located this hotel was, making it easy to explore nearby parks and enjoy refreshing walks along the waterfront at almost 3 km from the beautiful paseo del port de pollenca and only a short stroll of almost 2 km to the serene s'albufereta natural reserve where I could immerse myself in nature.
